When rating me on shipping & handling, please take the following into consideration:
Allow for a LONGER SHIPPING & handling time due to my DISABILITY/ CHRONIC ILLNESS which flares from time to time.  We have an area where we have keyed mailboxes to pick up mail.   We do not have a mailbox for outgoing packages.   So, I have to drive to the post office to send mail out. about once a week.  I can only drive as my health permits.  Also, the US Postal service is taking longer to deliver packages as they have changed their policies, reduced their hours, removed some mail boxes, etc.
Priority  mail with tracking within US.  First Class International.
I do not make money on shipping charges. When leaving feedback on shipping charges, please remember that packaging tape, zip lock baggies, padded envelopes ($1.00 my cost),  bubble wrap to protect your purchases, paper and ink for labels all cost money.  Shipping has also become increasingly expensive over the last few years.
COMPLETING MULTIPLE PURCHASES WITH COMBINED SHIPPING
Do not pay for your items individually. You must request and make payment with an invoice. Otherwise, I can not give you the shipping discount.  Please do the following.
1) Place the item in your shopping cart.
2) When you are done shopping,  go to your shopping cart.
3) Click on  “pay only this seller”  which you will find directly above the group of my items..
4) At checkout page, you will be given the option of  “pay now” or “request invoice from seller”.  This is dependent on whether Ebay is able to calculate shipping automatically or not.  An invoice will be sent to you with the total purchase price of your items and the shipping costs with the shipping discount figured into your total due.If you have won items in an auction
1) go to the purchase section of your Ebay home page. It can also be found by
placing your cursor under the “My Ebay” header in the upper right hand section of your home page.
2) Click on purchases. Find the items you have won thru auction or committed to buy. Click on “request total from seller”.

PAYMENT
Payment expected within 5 days of auction close or using “Buy it Now” option, unless prior arrangements have been made with me before the auction ends.
RETURNS
International items non returnable. Some exceptions can be made.
Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Within US: If you feel that item(s) have been misrepresented, please contact me and we will come up with a solution that is mutually satisfying.  If return is agreed upon, buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking costs. Item will be accepted as long as item(s) are returned in the same condition it was sent out in. Changing your mind is not an acceptable reason for return. Please make sure you want the item before purchasing.  Please provide the tracking number after shipping the item out to me.
